If you’d like to have a size exchange for the product you have ordered or if the product is damaged, please inform us within 2 days of the receipt of the product by writing to us at
houseof2d@gmail.com / admin@houseofdd.shop full name and size change required/ images of the damaged product. A representative from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging the House of dd product. We request you to please assist them, if they ask you for further information or photographs to access your return request.
- Exchanges for size issues are available.
- The customised products are not eligible for exchange, as they are stitched exclusively for you.
- Exchange of same product for size issues alone will be accepted.
- We will not entertain exchanges any later than 7 days. If you wish to exchange, please send us a email or message to our Official Instagram handle with 2 days of receiving your order.
- Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for customised orders, which is length or any kind of minor alterations.
- Only regular priced items can be exchanged, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
- Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colours, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.
- Return, Refund and cancelation of order is not accepted once order is placed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In the event of an exchange, the buyer will be responsible for paying of courier chargers for booking/ pickup done from your location. Only reverse shipping cost of exchange product from our place will be beared by us.
- If you are booking an exchange item from your near by courier service, you should consider using a traceable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent through untraceable courier service.

Delivery Time:
On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and the estimated delivery time to your location. From the date of placing order, we would normally take 0-7 Days working days to deliver your order. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates. In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team via Official Instagram chat and inform us in advance.
International Shipping:
We ship to selected major countries worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Our international shipping charges vary with the quantity. You can make payment through any Cards or Net Banking or UPI payments. International Cards are also accepted. Your purchase will be shipped through India Post International Courier Service. Please allow up to 20 to 25 days for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs. If you need faster delivery, you can message us in Instagram or WhatsApp and choose other courier service like DHL, Atlantic Courier, Aramex Courier by making any additional charges if applicable.
